Courier is a centralised application programming interface (API) messaging system that allows developers to route user notifications from multiple existing channels to the most appropriate web and mobile application for the recipient (the "Service"). This privacy policy explains what personal Information (as defined below) we collect, how we use and share it, and what choices you have about our data practices. This privacy policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service or providing any Personal Information to Courier. If you have any questions, please contact us. You agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy by using the Service. We may receive Personal Information about Customers and Recipients through cross-channel engagement tracking, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. That information is processed in accordance with our Terms of Service and other agreements with our customers. There is no direct relationship between us and the recipients. If you are a Recipient and do not want your information to be used by one of our Customers, or if you want to access, correct, or request deletion of your information, please contact the Customer directly.
  • Cookies: We use cookies to run and administer our site, collect usage data, and improve your user experience. A "cookie" is a small piece of data sent by a website to your browser. Cookies can be kept on your computer for various amounts of time. Some cookies expire after a certain amount of time or when you log out (session cookies), while others stay on your computer after you close your browser until the cookie's defined expiration date (as determined by the third party who placed it) and help recognize your computer when you open your browser and browse the Internet again (persistent cookies). Please see this section for instructions on how to get notified when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies. • Online Tracking and Do Not Track Signals: Following your use of the Site, we and our third-party service providers may collect information about your browsing activities over time and across different websites using cookies, pixels, or other tracking technologies. Our Site currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signals, and regardless of whether a DNT signal is received, it operates as described in this Privacy Policy.
