How to use the merchant panel? In order to use the merchant panel, firstly you have to login with your registered mobile number & password. After successful login you will find dashboard, from there you’ll be able to see your total order summary.
How to create a new order? To create a new order, first login to your merchant panel. From the top right corner select ‘Create Parcel’ button and fill up all the necessary information.
How to create / manage a store? To create or manage shop, select ‘My Shop’ from left side panel. From there you can ‘Add Shop’ & edit your existing shop information.
How can I become a merchant on Parcelmagic? To become a merchant on Parcelmagic, sign up with your number. Our merchant support specialist will verify your details and upon proper verification you’ll be able to login to your account.
Where is Parcelmagic Courier service available? Currently Parcelmagic is operating inside Dhaka.
